JUMPING DERBY LEAGUE: JANUARY - MARCH 2026

 

JANUARY TO MARCH 2026 DERBY LEAGUE 

Our very popular January to March Derby League is back! 

  • Due to bad forecast for Sun 11th January - we will kick of Sat 10th January - to get cracking ahead of the weather folks!
  • Then back to regular Sunday Schedule per the dates below
  • What is the derby league? Jumping over fences made up of XC and SJ fences in both the big outdoor arena and the indoor arena
  • Training benefits: Ideal early season training for horse and rider over a course of well laid out fences - the course will be different every week. Excellent opportunity to prepare your horses for the upcoming eventing season. 
Classes: 
  • 80cm, 90cms and 1 metre in the outdoor arena – Entry fee €25 
  • 40cm, 50cms, 60cms, 70cms and 80cms in indoor arena – Entry fee €25
  • Start Time: 10am for both arenas
DATES (Sundays) 
  • JANUARY 10 (saturday for week 1) ,18,25 
  • FEBRUARY 1,8,15,22, 
  • MARCH 1, 8 (FINAL)
Prizes: 
  • Both Indoor and Outdoor classes - €2 from entry fees towards prizes in final. 
The Rules! 
  • Must compete at 4 shows to be eligible for prizes in the final.
